Our guys played with no mental or basketball intelligence today, let the other guys get in their heads, and didn't make a single critical shot or play, of which they had many opportunitities.

Iowa State didn't lose because of refs.
At this point why would we want the officials to call fouls on the other team? That would force us to shoot free throws. Which our guys are terrible at doing. We need the upgraded talent that is coming in.
Second time through the conference. TJ doesn’t adjust anything, we get figured out and that why we struggle in the back half.
Seemed that Doug Sirmons liked to hear himself talk tonight. He was defending himself and the other refs a lot more than was appropriate.

The refs from the WVU game deserve every shred of criticism they got. There were some iffy calls tonight but you will get that in just about every single game in the history of basketball. Fact of the matter is if you miss more free throws than you make, you don't ever deserve to win a basketball game. Pathetic display of something that is 90% mental
I propose an instant perm ban for every ref post after a game. Especially this one. It was probably the most evenly called game all year.
