I agree with everything you said but the way I was so depressed 6 years ago? CMC is my God. I love this coach and what he has done for our school. Just so you understand how much I love him, I could find him on top of my wife, and gets her pregnant, and I will still deny he did anything or responsible(I don’t know if that even makes sense). I love my coach and he will fix this team. Nobody hates losing than him and his players. They will fix it and we will be all happy.

We can’t have it both ways. We bitched about rhoads assistants because they didn’t have any chemistry. We all wanted someone that would bring his assistants.

I'm a huge fan of coaching continuity but also of the adage if you're not getting better you're getting worse. If the goal is to put together a program that will get us to a bowl game 3 of 4 years, well we've succeeded.

Just to think ...We at ISU could have had Bill Snyder but Our Wonderful, (NOT) AD, Max Urick hired Jim Walden instead, Without a doubt one of the biggest blunders ever made by an AD at Iowa State...Hall of Fame coaches like Snyder only come along once in a Lifetime IMHO

However he’s done it in the past. There’s more talent than say 6 yrs ago so I have hope things will be fixed.
