Dejean Jones

We should do the 100% every year Iowa football thing. Say he won't play then start him last minute.

I swear that 9 out of 10 years it's reported that Iowa's best lineman won't play, then he starts every single time. It is clockwork.

he'll probably have to pay a fine but he'll be there for the Iowa game. Can anyone else comfirm the 1:15 hoiberg conference?

Can't confirm - but I thought it was previously scheduled event - so not sure why it would change

Sure sounds like this kind of thing has been going on in that apartment for quite some time!! If others living nearby had been calling the police numerous times, those "others" were likely also students who were trying to get sleep so they could perform in their classes. I have to wonder what BDJ's class attendance and grades have been for last year and this semester---and, I'm even more curious now at why he left USC and UNLV. My bet is that there was something like this going on and that he hasn't missed a beat since his arrival in Ames!

What we dont know is if BDJ was on a secret deal with Fred. It sounds like the coaches know the cops have been to his house 5 times for noise. It even says the coaching staff knew of earlier problems. He maybe in more trouble with Fred than we could ever know! The old breaking team rules suspension could be coming!

Lady at the prosecutor's office: "Sir, I have a Mr. Hoiberg and a Mr. Boles here to talk to you."

If he's suspended for anything more than the 1st half, then Fred is making the wrong call. Bad precedent.

I could see him getting benched for the 1st half....aka...make better decisions and don't put yourself in that situation. But for him to miss the full game is ridiciulous.

You would doubt Fred?

Lol! BDJ and a few of our other star bball players have been lucky up to this point. That I know for a fact. Jersey chasers like you will continue sweeping it under the rug.
