How do the cops look bad? They responded to a 3 AM noise complaint at an apartment they visit frequently for noise complaints. They smell dope, they find dope. What's trumped up?

Shouldn't we be ****** at the nosy neighbor that called the cops? They're the ones that started this mess, not BDJ. Right?

If they found dope why wasn't he charged with possession?

If Nader lives there and was present at the time of the incident, I wonder why only BDJ was charged and taken into custody. Why did they let Nader off the hook? It seems like they would be equally guilty (or not guilty). This is another clue that there is much more to the story than we can discern from the reports we have heard.

It probably depends on whose name is on the lease, or what the police were told about that in the scene. "Running a disorderly house" and the like generally is a charge against the person in legal possession of the house or apartment.

A source say that even though BDJ was not under the influence, there was a bit of marajuana that was not claimed when found by the police. Due to the fact BDJ''s name is on the lease they took him into custody. WHo knows if it was BDJ's, Nader's, or anyone else who was there. But word is that BDJ will not be playing no matter what the outcome.

Hmmmm

Nobody claimed the weed and BDJ's name was on the lease so they took him into custody

According to Hines, the decibel level outside of BDJs apartment was 60. In other words, normal conversation with background music...

Don't most leases have all tenants on them now? I'd think both BDJ and Nader would be on the lease.

Can we just use the Royce White method and let him get all his problematic behavior out in one mega-party that the police turns a blind eye to?

Your source????

Which, at 3 in the morning with (presumably) no other sound, is loud enough to disturb people trying to study/sleep. And if it's someone who's been a constant problem, I'm sure the neighbors have lost their patience.

Sh**T, Hopefully not true. Don't think I'll like the outcome of this game if he's not playing.

Per court docs, police measured peak decibel level of 60 outside BDJ's apt. That’s "normal conversation" per WebMD http://*******/1GhW7KX

Uhhhhh....

So it went something like...... call... respond... measure... nothing to really do.... Knock on door - we got a complaint, keep it down please (understanding it could've been 100db before the car rolled up) - sniff, sniff - what's been going on here?

Edit: Ok - 60 dbs is normal conversation at 3 feet. If they're outside (depending what "outside" means - parking lot, outside apt door) - that can be looked at a few different ways.
