I expect Iowa will find it tough for their NIT run to continue next week. They beat an average MVC team at home. they beat a team that sounds like an NAIA division 2 school at home. They go play a real team on the road. if that real team is interested in still playing, Frannie's boys will have trouble. If they win, good for them, but no nationally cares anyway. it will be fun for their fans and good for their players, but they won't have a quarter of the national media talking about them that has talked about us this year.

It hurt, and it should. That's what happens when we care about something and this happens.
But I've lived out a lot worse a whole bunch of times. This doesn't ruin my day, even as a self-respecting Cyclone fan.

This right here. It didn't ruin it but it sure did suck. A lot. If you care about something as much as we care about our clones, it will definitely not feel good

the only good part about this is that I work with UW-Madison people. They don't get to say squat. Plus they probably all hate OSU anyway.

100% happy with our guys' effort in the tourney, I am just light headed and not feeling so hot.
I wish our seniors could get another shot, man those guys deserve it too much. I don't have twitter but I hope (know) you are all showing them some love.

I am way too emotionally attached to watching this basketball team. Losing that game almost ruined my day. For others like myself, I recommend opening some windows, shower, blasting some good music, or gym. On to next year guys, hopefully CPR brings the pain this fall.

Iowa State should be both disappointed and yet proud of the season, and playing OSU so very close. It was a bad call, but at least it was not one I felt was called by favoring OSU, he just missed it. Hopefully Hoiberg stays and we will get to the final four or beyond in the near future. Kudos to ISU.

I was wound tight during the game. Now not so much. Can't play what if after the fact. We're in good hands, Freddy will rebuild us into something even better. Time to give Fred more money. Go Clones
