Deadpool

I finally figured out why so many people in this thread were really excited about the movie. Every trailer I've seen has been god-awful.

I watched the redband trailer today, and realized that every trailer I've seen has been the "clean" version. The question I have is why even make a "clean" trailer? If I had never seen the real one, I'd have never considered seeing this movie because every "joke" in the clean trailers falls completely flat.

I am now excited to see this movie too.

Well, you can't say **** on regular tv or before PG13/PG movies.
 
I really enjoyed it. Going into it I was a bit worried about how much 4th wall breaking there would be but it was really solid.

If you don't like Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool you just don't like the idea of Deadpool. I get people not liking the movie, not people disliking him as that character.

I haven't even seen it yet but just knowing Marvel comics and knowing Ryan Reynolds, he's as much Deadpool as Hugh Jackman is Wolverine or Patrick Stewart is Professor X.
 
Saw it last night, would give it a 10/10. Hilarious....plenty of bloody action.....hot girl role was indeed played by a smoking hot girl.....the list goes on

We're going to see it in that new fancy pants theater in Altoona. Looking forward to it!
 
Get to see this tomorrow night with my wife at the new Altoona theater. Excited for the movie. Best Valentines date night ever.
 
Just got home from watching Deadpool. Funniest damn movie I've seen in a very long time!

oh, and Morena Baccarin... Wood! So hot.

Didn't know she was in it. Yeah, she's very nice to look at. Liked her a lot in Gotham.

The dish from "V"? Not bad. Whatever happened to that show, BTW? This one and Laura Vandervoort is enough to keep a series alive for many years, IMO.
 
I haven't seen a ton of Marvel movies and I'm not into comics at all, but Deadpool was instantly my favorite Marvel movie.
