I think one thing that helps is to take your time. Develop a little trust/friendship first.

Well my wife was my boss at the job I was working my sophomore year at ISU. That seemed to work out pretty well. And yes before any comments she is still my boss if you ask her.

Got a buddy, Jim, who met his wife Pam at work. She was dating this other guy, Roy, for a bit. Oh for goodness sake, you can ask someone out you work with. You just can’t be a sexual predator. The big problem that most of these guys have (Weinstein, rose, CK, Halperin) is that they aren’t asking these people out. They are (in the most generous sense) on a date that the woman is not aware of. They are jerking off in work environments around women, they are walking around naked during work events. If that’s something someone would ever think is OK, they are scum.

Treat people with respect. Don’t think you are God’s gift to women.

I mean I have adolescent trauma feaR's about getting walked in on. Creepiness element aside, how could anyone want someone to watch them jerking off, shower etc. You have to be a real special kind of narcissist to even be able to jerkoff in front of someone, it is totally ******* bizarre to actu ally get turned on by asking that of someone. It is some seriously deranged ****. Then of course there is the most damning part that they prey on and harrass women to do it. It just blows my mind that there are whack jobs like this out there in plain sight.
