From last week: "Gabbert threw three touchdown passes to Danario Alexander, his best in Big 12 play, in a 38-12 victory at Kansas State last week."

Danario is 6' 4" and is obviously Missouri's most impressive offensive weapon. Would we have more success sticking our best DB on him and shadow his every move... or just cover him whoever he lines up against?

I just really don't want to see Kenard get torched and/or commit personal fouls.

He's quite a talent and is going to get some chances to catch the ball tomorrow . With that being said, hopefully we stick LJ on him all day and save KB some embarrasment. How is LJs ankle?

Someone on the radio said he likes to go over the middle then break tackles for his big plays. Hopefully Sims or J. Smith can knock the **** out of him a time or two and knock the ball lose.

I couldn't believe it when I heard he was on pace to break Maclin's record of Yards and TD's in a season. That is wild. I haven't heard anything about LJ's ankle, hopefully it is 100%. It would be awesome to see (on the radio) Sims light Danario up on a hanging deep ball

Alexander looked great in the highlights for last week. I hope somebody gives him a crushing blow for a turnover in the first quarter. Not causing injury, but shaking him up seriously.

Great recievers always have the advantage over the corner. They know where they are going. It is a matter of containment. We will not shut him down, we just have to limit big plays and make plays where we can.

Alexander is no slouch. He was ahead of Maclin on the depth chart a couple of years ago before he tore his ACL.

Last conference game of the year. I say we shadow him with Johnson all day. This is a MUST win!

So basically you want Leonard Johnson to get torched instead of Kennard Banks? Leonard Johnson has been beat badly many times this season as well.

And Banks has played better than many want to give him credit for. He did a nice job breaking up what looked like a sure TD last week in the end zone. He also did a decent job against the big receiver from Army. He is probably our best DB against the bigger physical WR's.

Alexander is a lot like Maclin. Nobody is going to stop him physically. You just have to try to slow down the QB.

Yep gotta hope Gabbert doesn't have time to get it to him, which against us...isn't very likely to happen. This guy has made Gabbert look good on many occasions this year turning horrible throws into big plays, the only way to really stop him is to hope the ball doesn't get thrown his way.

So how do we slow down the QB? Can our line get to him? If not, who does the best blitzing?

And can the QB scramble? If so, we need to send someone after him who can catch him.

Or that Gabbert just has a bad day. Hopefully one like Bradford had in Ames a couple of years ago where he missed several deep balls by only a couple feet. That was the difference between playing OU tough and getting torched by 40 points, or us not torching CU last week.
