The expectation with knee scopes for the hawks are live go's that afternoon.
That move makes zero sense to me. I like MJ’s chances much better against PK.
I heard that too, just thinking it will be all hands on deck for Iowa.
PK not mentioned in their probables but that doesn't really mean anything
I do think Kennedy has served his gambling suspension.
No way if I’m TNT am I doing that it only favors Iowa state twice. I don’t think people realize that this dual is 1000x more important to the future of Iowa than it is to Iowa state. That’s just a fact. TNT can’t lose this one and won’t do anything to make that any more difficult then it is already going to be for them.
In-depth about the importance of it for Iowa. Say we lose okay we lose that’s the way it’s been for however long. No one will be calling for KD and Co heads. Now Iowa loses and that’s a problem..the Walmart cheerleaders start calling for a change…the positive spotlight gets pulled off of them and all they are left with is the gambling light and losing to Iowa state.
So with that being said **** Iowa and Roll Clones.
This is a real bad take…another ISU loss especially on ESPN with 30+ recruits in attendance against a susceptible Iowa team would be very detrimental to advancing ISU to a Top 3 status. A big win on Sunday changes ISU National and state image instantly.
Would it be fair to say that ISU has much more to gain while Iowa has much more to lose?

I'll argue that a win on Sunday will give us a short term bump in perception, the only thing that will drastically change perception is results in March. And although I love Dresser & Co and wouldn't trade them at all...we have a slight tendency to under perform relative to our regular season. Hoping this is the year we change the direction of that trend line.
That wasn't my take though. My take was talking about a loss for Iowa State does nothing to affect the perception of the coaching staff from the fans. A loss for Iowa puts TnT in the crosshairs of some vocal people in their fandom.
I'm happy to agree with you about what a win would do for the program in the national spotlight. It would be huge. The upside for what it would do for Iowa State is far more than what a win would do for Iowa. Same goes on the other side the downside of a loss for Iowa is far more than a loss for Iowa State.
