Cyclones Ranked 24th

You guys sure have a lot of reasons why being worse is actually better
Honestly, I think of the choices the committee had OU was the best one. I think OU will score 30+ and the game will be entertaining for a while. Just don't think OU will stop Bama though.

Something along the lines of 56-35 or some such. Not an indictment of OU, just that Alabama is that good.

(edit: a lot depends on the status of Tua....Hurt came in and played well against Georgia but he limits Alabama's offense....if it's Hurt I'd give OU a shot at keeping it close)

I agree, I think either it would have been a similar game if tOSU had made it. The one thing I'm happy about is, Bama has to play a team that will be aggressive. Too many teams (esp SEC teams) get conservative and think they have to beat them at their own game, run the ball, control the clock etc...that never works. They are built to beat you in traditional ways. Not saying OU can beat them but it'll just be nice to see a team (try to)put pressure on them. It's the same thing that OU and tOSU have done to beat them in the past. Who knows if it can work against this Bama offense.

Was listening to some sports talk radio....can't remember who and they pointed out that Alabama pretty much wrecked "great D, mediocre O" teams like MSU and LSU.

OU just might be the type of team with an elite offense that gives them fits....just can't see OU stopping Bama....maybe if Tua can't go.

A big 10 fan calling the media biased....towards the big 12? Typing that sentence out and believing it say more about you're intelligence and how much you pay attention to the national media than anyone on this site can. Delusional doesn't give your thoughts nearly the credit they deserve.

Yet another Cyclone fan questioning someone’s intelligence while using the wrong form of “your”. Oh, the irony.
