I don’t know, still feel like he belongs at 97.

And the first takedown against was in the first meet in the first 30 seconds of a ****** shot by Yonger.

I just watched the CKLV final again today and he was rolling in that match. But how he handled Feldman was beyond my expectations. Pitzer will be another tough one coming up….twice

I wondered about that on the first one. I thought it was match one. And I believe tech’d him right?

A healthy, confident Yonger… I like that in our corner. A lot.

I thought wrestling had its own collective. @brentblum

It does! This post is from Iowa State Athletics/Learfield and is part of a broader marketing sponsorship we have highlighting the personality of student athletes.

That was the most pissed off I’ve ever been watching a match, maybe ever. Just infuriating. Allowed the guy to stall the entire match.
How was this any different than the match he wrestled this year against the kid from Cornell. I know that the OSU kid really stalled, but I felt like anyone that beats Carr just plays the defensive game the whole time until the very end and then finds a way to get lucky. Well other than O'Toole.

That was a poorly worded question. My bad. I know wrestling does. I give to it. I’m more so wondering what its relationship is like with We Will. Did those wrestlers I assume get a little chunk of change for their contribution to the video?

So we sponsor Iowa State athletics through Learfield and this was their marketing plan to attach our brand to videos like this to spread the word. We don’t directly compensate them as this was Learfield’s choice to include wrestlers. We’ve since chatted that this is probably confusing to donors and that it may be best to be more clear in future advertisements that we don’t directly support wrestlers, the Cardinal and Gold Collective does.

That makes sense. I thought it was something like that but wondered how that all worked together. Thanks for your work, Blum!
