I suggest any Cyclone fan go watch PR's post game conference at Cyclones.com. You can tell it is just killing him. Guy is a great leader and his team plays like it. we need to keep him here for a long time.
I am not into moral victories, but this team has played their *** off this season and the play calling has been consistent play to win that is what its all about, so negative nancy's sorry **** off!! Its our second season with the worst schedule in the country 500 right now is good still can become bowl eligible. GO CLONES!!!
Paul Rhoads is a good coach and we need him and need to keep him here if we want any kind of respect throughout the college D1 world we are on the right path!!!
Let's not forget, in all of this. This is why Nebraska lost. They can say whatever they want about the south Power, Texas rules, etc. But the fact that we have been a game to consider for Nebby over the late 10 years is the reason they left. They realize that they no longer dominate the north and they have to take their ball and look for greener pastures.
I agree with the OP. I had to go to a dinner thing @ 5:00 and left when Nebby was up 17-10 and on the 5. I came back, looked on ESPN, thought we missed the Ex. Pt and I was ill.... AND THEN SAW THAT WE WENT FOR TWO AND I AM SO PROUD TO BE A CYCLONE FAN! Also, when I got on CF I was so glad to see everyone else on board. What a game. What a coach. What a team! For I! For S! Forever!

you realize nebraska is the 7th ranked team in the nation and we ******* played them down to the last ******* second. They are loaded everywhere with stud athletes. We were totally outmatched everywhere. Yet we busted our *** for more than 4 quarters.
Yea we lost. Tough ****. I hate it too. But get a clue man! If we lost to the Indianapolis Colts 31-30 in OT ppl would still be mad. Sometimes you lose. Sometimes we get ******* *** pounded 52-0. But not today. We played our ***** off. And we have a damn good football coach and a team that laid it on the line today.
Just be proud of a tough football team.

Nobody is happy about losing or moral victories! They disagree with you on the call ...thats all I wouldnt have called that ,but I am not hating on Rhoads he is trying to be aggressive ,agree or dont ... but doesnt mean we are for losing?
Sucks to lose. But oddly, I'm not angry. More stunned than anything else. I will blame this loss on the whole first 60 minutes of the game rather than the last play. We should not have been in the position to go to overtime if the turnovers didn't happen.

Don't disagree a whole lot, but their big playmaker, and the guy who opens up opportunites for his teammates didn't play. If the Nebraska that showed up in Manhattan against K-State showed up, it would have been a long afternoon
yea and texas beat nebraska with martinez and they are getting beat by k-state 31-0 right now. Its college football. Throw out all the stats and just come to play. Thats what we did today.
