Cyclone Marching Band

The pictures from France on social media have been spectacular. What a wonderful opportunity for our band.

Since the marching band is the topic, I was wondering if they sell or have a cd of the songs/cadences they perform.
We have often wanted to have some of their music at the tailgate playing in the background. If anyone knows where I can get a collection of the songs they play at the games please share.

I want to know this too. Where do I buy?

I am yet another former ISUCF'V'MB member and current ISU staff member (not band/music) and I will strongly suggest for your son to attend ISU and audition for the marching band and other bands. It is one of the only places that you can walk into a room on the first day and be surrounded by 350 of the best friends you will ever meet. The opportunities that the students have in the band are amazing from the local pep rallies to football games to amazing honors like this trip. I will admit that the hours put into the performances are long and hard and the physical workout is challenging but the pride of going out on that field and leaving it all on the field week in and week out makes it worth it. I marched for 6 years and haven't missed a homecoming game with the ISU Alumni Band and it will take a lot to make me ever miss it. The feeling of pride that I get from marching out onto that field with 61,000+ people in the stands is overwhelming.

I met the best man, and many of the guest, at my wedding in the ISUCF'V'MB. Best 4 years of college for me.

It's definitely a time commitment, and I had to work my class scheduler around band every day, but it was worth it.

To add to your list, being able to be a part of the Men's and Women's Basketball Pep Bands was a huge honor for me. I was able to go on multiple Big 12 and NCAA Tournament trips during my years and I had a blast.
