Thanks, looking at the crowd that night it sure looked like we had our string of 50,000 and over broken.
As far as butts in seats, I would have said it was about 3/4ths full so 45k. But that's a wag just from looking around.
It was really bad to start, but it did fill in nicely in the 2nd quarter.
Yeah, I thought it was going to be bad just looking around 5 minutes before the game. Ended up being a great crowd (considering our record and a Thursday night).
That's what we thought as well. Upper corners were bare, but the rest looked great from our seats. What other 1 win team in the country is going to do that on any day, let alone a Thursday?
Way better than I thought it would be. I think it was just tough for people to get there by 6:30, steady stream coming in most of first quarter. With most people getting there close to game time, kind of a challenge with both vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
Seems to be the way it goes for our fans regardless of KO time. Still a good crowd for a team that's won 6 games in three years and a Thursday night game.
