I for one have officially replaced any Scott Drew jokes with Travis Ford indefinitely. The guy resurrected a program that was in horrid shape (understatement) and has some pretty good tourney success. Yes, he's had some really good talent and last year was an underachievement. However, he earned my respect the way this team held together after a brutal stretch.

This Baylor Defense has been CRAZY GOOD over the last month. They have been shutting everyone down, including us for one full game in Waco and almost half of another game. Having to figure out how to break down that defense in the Big 12 championship was really good for our guys.

Once Niang stopped playing soft and started playing with authority in the lane, we were able to start breaking down the zone and that's when we won the game. Creighton doesn't have the forwards to do what we did to Baylor.

Sure does. I believe Doug McD would have been a Big 12 all-American but Creighton would have been a middle of the pack NIT/bubble team in the Big 12. ISU/Baylor/KU would have destroyed them and OSU/OU/Texas would have either beaten them or given them fits.
