Crazy Stuff Your Pooch Has Eaten

My daughter had a Jo Jo doll when she was little. Our dog chewed it's head off. I would find long strands of Jo Jo's hair when picking up dog **** for a while.

Our Dachshund ate an entire box of my sisters band candy ala 1972. Big bars paper chocolate and all. It survived to eat my sisters contact lenses case and all later that year.

Timely post. Woke up around 2am to my dog hopping up on to the bed to puke out a bone fragment she was having trouble digesting. That was awesome.

True story. As a young grad I went back to Ames for homecoming. Was having lunch at Applebees on Duff on Sunday. Our Brit was struggling to poop. Lo and behold, she was struggling to pass a condom. Oh the things dogs find to eat in college towns.
Don't tell my mother, but our family dog ate one left behind in the trash. When I discovered what she ate, I was so nervous moms would find out because there was only one person using prophylactics in the house. I followed that dog around for days to make sure I picked up any remaining remnants. Thankfully the dog ended up being OK. What lesson!

Our daughter had a school project where she cooked a batch of cookies with butter and a batch with margarine...idea was to see if her classmates preferred one over the other.

Well our beloved yellow lab broke into the house and ate the entire batch with butter...but left the margarine batch alone....our daughter had to tell her teacher that the dog ate her homework!

We have a fridge with a freezer on the bottom. Took the family out to eat one night and when we came home, found that the dog learned to open the freezer. After he proceeded to gorge himself on ice cream we presume he got full, so he started 'burying' food under couch cushions, in houseplants, etc. The other dog totally told on him barking at him and showing us what he had done.

Same dog tried to eat one of those pressurized cans of cheese whiz that sent processed cheese to all corners of our vaulted ceiling. That was fun to try and clean up.

One dog ate a large bowl of Halloween candy so we had to pour peroxide down her throat to get her to vomit it up. Another dog ate and passed electrical wire. That dog ate or chewed anything that wasn’t concrete or steel. Only dog I’ve ever got rid of.

Years ago, our 10 month old had a massive BM that was essentially a blowout. Quickly took off the diaper and threw him in the tub, get cleaned up, etc. All is well… until 5 minutes later we noticed the diaper sitting off to the side on the bathroom floor…opened and completely clean. Dipsh*t dog (Morkie) a few feet away licking his chops with a stupid ass look on his face…

It was a LOT of BM… still makes me want to vomit thinking about it.

Just had to share though! :p
Was it a **** eating grin?……..;) I will see myself out…..

Had a lab / golden mix that was a great dog. Due to a June rainstorm we were stuck on a mountain overnight (dog was at home by himself).

Came home to a destroyed couch. A week or so later, the not eating / vomiting commenced, and after a visit to the vet, Buster returned from the vet with a big scar on his belly, and we had a $1500 bag of couch cushion filling.
