Crappy shifts

My hours aren't too bad, but I do work 2.5 hours away from home. I only end up home for 9 days a month on average. That sucks. I used to do the overnight thing and I still don't think my body has adjusted in the years since I have been back on a "regular" shift. I can stay up later much easier than I can get up in the early AM, all because I worked 11pm - 7am for a year.

See, I'm a morning person, and almost 4 years of this overnight thing haven't changed that. I'll adjust back in a heartbeat someday.

The funny thing about working nights is, I usually only get 4-5 hours of sleep a day and I'm OK, but when I'm on days, if I don't get at least 7 hours, I'm dragging all day.
