Covid Cancelled Bowl Games

In the pros two negative tests gets them in if vaxxed, not sure what the policy is for college.

But I'm talking about how everyone seemingly assuming these players are all asymptomatic when that's not being reported, as per my posts.
Gotya. Brent Blum layed out NCAA policy last podcast, it’s pretty favorable for teams fully vaccinated. Hopefully going forward they can be flexible and adjust it as the data comes in.

This is so dumb. How did we go an entire season without basically any covid interruptions but now the post-season is being affected? Listen I get the Omicron variant spreads very easily, but if athletes are fully vaccinated, why are they being tested? I swear if our game gets cancelled, I'm gonna riot
Because people are idiots lol

That was the point you were making? Probably would have been easier to just say that.

You mean like when I asked who the mantra of 'if sick, stay home' goes toward since someone was advocating for sick people to just play?

What's the rationale for not testing vaccinated players?

I could understand (though not necessarily agree with) why someone might decide to not test asymptomatic players.

Or is the goal something other than keeping players who might transmit from playing?

this is hard to answer when we’re a country that has failed at every step in this pandemic.
