K- State fans went a bit too far (as did the Greasy haired KU assistant). But I can't imagine what it would be like to have to share a state with KU fans. I have very little interaction with them and I hate them with a passion.

Embarrassing for KSU, trashy fans and terrible security. You knew they were going to rush the court 100% of the time if they won. I'd say it's just a matter of time though before a fan, player or coach gets hurt during a court storm.
It helps that the Virginia team and fans rushed to the center of the court and not directly in front of the benches like KSU last night.
Anyone got a video of KU storming the court in Allen Fieldhouse in any game? I need one to prove a point.
Hilton has executed this same approach with the more recent court storms. The problem last night we was the security at the Octagon. They did nothing, and it wasn't like this was a win on a last second shot. They literally had minutes to prepare and did nothing.

Apparently Bruce was yelling "I've got you" repeatedly to Bill while this was ongoing.
Look at the girl directly behind the red head in the picture. She could have easily slipped or been pushed and disappeared under the mass of people. Even if those around her saw it happen/felt her under their feet, there would be little that they could do to stop her form being trampled. This is why court storming should be banned.
There's this but I'd say it's more of a light drizzle and not so much a storm.

I would be pretty ****** off if KSU did that to us and purposely ran into our players and crushed Fred. Horribly pathetic security. That kid that ran into Traylor is a complete idiot. He is definitely going to be in trouble - probably made an example of.
As much as I don't like KU, this was over the line. A very unfortunate outcome to an otherwise awesome game. IF there were people intentionally trying to harm players, they should never be allowed in an NCAA arena again. I don't care your age or status...the fun that is the game should never turn to violence.

What that kid did intentionally running into a player was stupid and he should be punished, but posting a bunch of pictures of someone who looks similar on their fan site and saying terrible things about them is also classless.
Stronger punishment for court storming than rioting that's some real priorities there.
