Sorry if this has been addressed in a different thread, but do we know a rough time line (or deadline) of when we will know who the new hires will be? Just curious.

I would think sooner would be better than later. Wouldn't the recruiting trail be much smoother if we knew who to sell as coaches?

Real soon. Job posting on iastatejobs.com closes on 12/16 and it states that interviews will occur during the open period as well to try to find a candidate quickly.

Borges makes sense but mpt sure about Rhodes right now, but I really don't know Rhode's defensive philopsophy. IMO one of the major mistakes in the Bolt hire was the major differences in philosophy...

I would be happy with the entire Auburn Coaching staff.

I called a friend of mine yesterday that is an Auburn grad and big time FB supporter down there and asked him his opinion of Borges.

He gave mixed reviews. Obviously everyone loved him during the undefeated season, but he was dismayed he wasn't able to take the momentum from that season and build on it moving forward.

He likes Chizik alot, but is luke warm on Borges.
