I've got this thing but I wouldn't recommend it. The basket is too shallow and ends up overflowing grounds into the carafe.
Going on 3 years with this beauty. I'm a cheap coffee date though.. Black and hot. If you offer me half and half, I won't say no
Buy an AeroPress and a coffee grinder. Find the best coffee shop in town and buy their beans. If you have on-demand hot water, you don't even need to spend time heating up your water.
Nice thing about the AeroPress is that it is portable. We do a monthly "Dudes in Kayaks Getting Coffee", where we go out for an early morning paddle and stop along the way and make coffee. Also great for camping.

We have a ninja also. Wife runs vinegar through it once ever to months. I drink about 1/2 a pot a day and my wife over a pot but then again she adds all the additives and now started with the protein powders. It’s a great coffee maker.
I have a Cuisinart with a built in grinder. We have used it every day for 6 1/2 years with no problems. The new ones have a larger hoper that can hold more. Ours you have to clean out after every use. I love the re-usable filter so I don't have to buy the paper ones.
We've used a Cuisinart Grind & Brew coffee maker for the last 15 years or so. We're on our second one this year, and only replaced it because there was an issue with the top opening while grinding beans occasionally because of wear and tear.
I love this coffee maker because it makes using whole beans very easy. This coffeemaker lets you load a pot of coffee worth of beans in the top and program when you want it to grind/start brewing. You can also preload the machine with ground coffee if that's your thing, but we use it daily with whole beans. I don't usually preprogram the machine because it's just as easy to hit one button and let the machine do its thing when I'm groggy in the morning.
The machine has two downsides in my opinion. First, you need to clean the bean hopper/grinding mechanism with each brew in order for it to work optimally. You can maybe get by with a second brew without cleaning in a pinch, but it doesn't make as strong of a brew that second time around. The second drawback is that the grinding process is pretty loud, but it hasn't been an issue for us even with small children in the house, but that's probably because they've heard it daily since before they were born.
Again though, this coffeemaker is great for the price ($129.99) and will last a good decade with daily use.

My wife does that too. It grosses me out. Give me hot black bean water or GTFO.
