Early in the season I'm good with the young guys letting it fly. They'll make mistakes, but learn a lot. They can probably live with a couple of loses if it benefits them in the long run.

We've seen the opposite. Anyone wanting anything other than a let a fly style is insane. Sure, we couldn't tighten some things up but I'm not worried about it.
