Chieck Diallo rumors

One other interesting thing on that show prior to that when they were talking about what other big time recruits Kentucky might get, they named 3 other guys, and Diallo wasn't one of those guys that they mentioned.

I wonder if "confused" is really the best word in English to describe his thoughts. "Complicated" seems more likely. It will be interesting to see if he posts anything else to clarify what he meant.

Or maybe he is just screwing with everyone . . . and coming to the team whose coach is most pure!

Good point. Diallo could be sitting at home right now just shaking his head at how bad Biancardi got it wrong. I doubt he's confused.

It has to be hard for a kid to be so highly sought after by men who are paid for their ability to be persuasive. Particularly when the process happens over the span of a few years.

Yep, MA probably screwed things up so that we are only sweet 16 and not Final Four next year. Thx, Matt.
 
I get Matt left and caused some issues, but I would have thought we would have at least tried at the end. I get Fred is recovering but this just seems like we put in years of work and money so Matt could leave and take all the rewards regarding Diallo and Williams
 
If Diallo pulls a Swanigan tomorrow and commits here, great. If not, like I expect, oh well. We are going to be good next year.

I hope he goes to SJU, just because that's probably what is best for ISU. But it will make me hate Matt more than I already do.
 
For those of you that browse other teams sites, anyone checkout the Pitt site? We seem to dismiss them, do Pitt fans actually think they have a chance?
 
He must have said no to us. Otherwise its just strange that with one month or so left in his recruiting we just give up.

I doubt he came out and said, "no", but with what went down it was clear we needed to start expending our time and energy elsewhere.
 
Fred cancelled his last visit, right before Matt A left. I think we had to know something at that point. Fred would have crammed in a visit, some how, some way before his surgery unless we were told "no thanks".
