I'm in the CR market, watching the Bears game and it's halftime. KGAN ran a few previews for their upcoming news stories, where the sports reporter's preview stating, "Recapping Iowa State's loss against the Sooners. We'll catch up with Matt Campbell with what went wrong."

I saw the same thing. I was half paying attention when I heard the promo. I was hoping it was a poorly timed promo referencing the 2019 game.

Pretty embarrassing for their sports dept. Might explain why I never watch 2 news.

That said, with all the political ads on during local news, I haven't watched local NBC or ABC since August.

Typical KGAN. Same news station that flies hawkroach and Big Ten conference flags in front of the station. They don't give a **** that they aired the wrong promo. Everyone out here watches KCRG news instead of KGAN anyways.

That said, with all the political ads on during local news, I haven't watched local NBC or ABC since August.

They will probably deny any knowledge! Happens all the time on the nightly news or TV highlights. The next step will be how badly they/we were beat and what really happened!

Reporting anything that Iowa fans didn’t like got Rob Howe fired. So it is tough to blame them.

Hlas is a class act, would love to have him always cover ISU football and basketball. Mark Woodley from KWWL is great as well on the TV side.
