Casey's Subs

I tried a sub at the Casey's north of Somerset in Ames. I thought it was the worst sub I've ever had. The bread tasted weird and there was too much of it. I may try another one to see if they have improved since mid-March.

I've only had the parmesan bread, it liked the party in my tummy, so yummy, so yummy!

Amen, I could live on those. They make a great BBQ Beef pizza, too. But be careful if you have it with many beers. You could die of dehydration. Right now you get free cheese breadsticks with a large pizza. They just started selling a different type of breadsticks and they are incredible.

Has anyone tried a Caseydilla?

Holy crap haven't heard of any of these things, haha. Caseys is Iowa's best invention.

I worked road construction one summer and the only place to eat fast near bye was a Casey's. I had a sub almost every day for 4-5 months and never got sick of them. In my opinion, they are better than Subway, Quiznos, Jimmy Johns.

Subway isn't impressive, quiznos is alright, Jimmy Johns is my go-to for subs. I will have to try a Caseys sub sometime. The ones at the C-store were pretty decent for subs I have to admit.

Casey's Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza is amazing. I had a breakfast burrito thing from Casey's in Lenox once. It wasn't really a burrito, but it is the closest thing i can think of. I am not sure what it was, nor have I seen it at any other Casey's, but it was fantastic.

Just tried the meatball for the first time. It is no Sub City but still pretty good, I'd put it about the same as Quizno's except cheaper and more. I don't know if I can eat Subway ever again.

I eat these things probably three times a week and they are fantastic. Sub City is the only place that comes close for subs.

"I'm so hungry I could eat a sandwich from a gas station!"

(I didn't look through the entire thread, so forgive me if someone already beat me to the punch.)
