Cantaloupe/muskmelon is one of about three common foods that I can't stand. Y'all are nasty. We would get it in our CSA and feed it to the dogs.

I don't have a strong opinion about cantaloupe one way or the other. I don't usually seek it out in the store but I'm not about to turn it down if it's offered to me.

If we're talking useless fruits let's turn our attention to mangoes and pomegranates. Way too much effort involved there, and pomegranate juice stains like nobody's business.

Cantaloupe is the only melon I'll eat. When it's ripe it's pretty fantastic.

Only melon my daughter will eat as well. But she is picky AF.
