Cannot re-enter through South gate???

I don't typically leave during halftime. Too far to my car and I use the gametime to make sure I'm plenty sober to drive home. So I don't really care about people leaving or not leaving.

But this is another move by the AD to increase revenues. They don't want you to leave so you buy their pop, their water and their food.

I don't blame them. But don't kid yourselves as to the "why" of this move.

Ok - there is probably an afterthought of reducing the number of drunk idiots in the stands.

Where have I been the past 4-5 year? Sitting in my season ticket holder seat at halftime listening to crappy Star Wars songs. That's where I've been.

It was a simple question, don't get your panties in a bunch or act superior (Hawkeye-esque).

If people can't leave during halftime how will the stands be empty for the 2nd half kickoff and fill up 5 minutes into the 3rd quarter?
