Yeah I swear there were like 5 dudes just like him that I played against at Lied Rec when I was in college lolLooks like he should be playing pickup ball at the Y lol. He's pretty good when I've watched him though
I've played a lot of guys that don't look like they can play at all and then just rain 3s and finish everything at the rim lolYeah I swear there were like 5 dudes just like him that I played against at Lied Rec when I was in college lol
Correct, and that was his last gameI didn't understand the mountaineer interest. Wasn't it against them where he shoved someone? Unless I'm wrong and that was a different team.
It's like this in most states though in certain rural areas. Ever driven through Central Florida? I'm talking like the Lake Ochobee area?the state of Missouri is a miserable, meth-ridden nightmare. There is a reason why "Ozark" was set where it was. I will make my stand on this hill.
I once went to a gas station in the late 2010s in Missouri that only sold r.c. cola products. Felt like I stopped off in 1957.

I think they’ll be decent. Bubble team probablyThat guy is back for a 6th year. You're right. As funny looking as he is, he did fine in his role.
Grill, Bates, and Tonje is a nice transfer haul but they don't return much. They were sort of similar to KState in that their top 2 players were extremely critical to their success. Noah Carter should have a bigger role. Will be curious to see how Mizzou does. They should be ok I think.
Southern Alabama gets a bit interesting in the rural area gas stations even. Went into one on the way to FL for spring break a long time ago and there was fake hair/wigs on the wall (maybe horse hair?) and the bathrooms were disgusting. It's like this in most states though in certain rural areas. Missouri isn't unique in its poverty level and poor rural areas.

Actually he could step away.No one has said he got it sorted out.
This might not be very good for him, but if he wants to keep playing basketball, he can't afford to step away.
Not surprised. What's the story on this player who transferred. I understand he was in trouble?Been to Columbia once for this past year’s game and there was a drive by shooting near the college bars we were at.
Missouri has those parts for sure but Columbia is not one of them. I’ve stayed there for a couple weekends and with their campus off of downtown it’s a bigger, nicer and more scenic version of Iowa City.I wish him nothing but the best from this point forward, and I hope he conquers his demons.
That being written, living in a sh!thole, a$$ backwards, white trash filled state like Missouri would be very harmful for my own personal mental health, but to each their own...
It’s all about perspective. And bias of course.Missouri has those parts for sure but Columbia is not one of them. I’ve stayed there for a couple weekends and with their campus off of downtown it’s a bigger, nicer and more scenic version of Iowa City.
So its overrun by a bunch of Chads from "Chicago"?Missouri has those parts for sure but Columbia is not one of them. I’ve stayed there for a couple weekends and with their campus off of downtown it’s a bigger, nicer and more scenic version of Iowa City.
