Busch Light Peach

Don't fruit the beer.


It’s a funny commercial, but I disagree. It’s natural for beers to have fruity flavors. Roasted malts can taste like raisins or figs. Hops can give IPAs a citrus flavor. Even certain strains of yeast can taste like fruit (like hefeweizens that taste like banana). So if hops, malt, or yeast can make beers taste fruity, who cares if brewers want to go ahead and just add fruit? There are plenty of fruited beers out there that are damn good.

100. New Glarus makes some of the best ones.
 
Not an IPA guy myself but I'm also not a big veggie guy. When I want a beer that tastes like grass I can just set a few open Busch Lights out in the yard and mow around them.
