Burton can create his own shot. Question will be will he. Got a really nice step back and fade away jumper in the post. Just don't know if he's going to take those in real games. He can beat his guy off the dribble too. He could create some nice mismatches. If a big guards him he's driving past him. If a guard is on him he'll just post him up. He's a capable shooter. He's more than an athletic/strong guy like most people think. He's skilled.

Yes he will. He played almost 13 minutes/game as a freshman at Marquette, so 15 minutes/game is hardly a stretch. I think he'll play more SF than 2-guard which should allow the starting front line to get more rest and be more effective.

Agreed. Burton playing 3 allows Nader to play 4 at times which, essentially, gives us some more depth inside even though Burton isn't playing that position himself.

Do you think we'll see any big lineup with Burton at the 2?

Wouldn't be surprised to see a small ball lineup of Monte, Naz, Burton, Nader and Niang. Really excited to see what he brings. With him in the fold we could have a really nice eight man rotation.

He adds more options of small or big ball depending on how coach uses him. Looking forward to how he is used.
