I’m sure this has been said in here but in case it hasn’t……

Every single person who ever said they were getting sick of Brock or wished he would have been sat down his senior year for Dekkers should be ashamed of yourself.

If Brock wins the Super Bowl this year I demand a statue of him built in front of the stadium bc he’s OBVIOUSLY the biggest difference maker in cyclone history.

Did he turn the ball over more than most of us liked??? We’ll that happens when you’re running for your life on every play bc your line can’t protect you.

We couldn’t have a better representative for ISU and Ames.

We've been playing football for 132 years. Made 18 bowl games. Brock led us to 4 of them. We haven't had a lot of great teams.

Brock is in a much better position now then he was at ISU. Most of us realized that the OL was not great 2 years ago, but the way Brock and Hall were/are tearing up the NFL it is pretty clear the OL was way worse then bad. The OC was not great either. If I ever said anything bad about Brock I apologize. I just didn't see how bad a situation he was trying to function in.

Same thing happened with Seneca really second half of his second season. He wouldn't have stuck so long if NFL teams didn't think he could take care of the ball and was an interception machine.

Both of them better players than their efficiency stats showed in their final year.

Thats where you're wrong. We need 4 Brock Purdy threads. We need to start an irrational hate thread too. Pointy elbows, cankles, snaggle tooth, funny throwing motion, etc.... You name it. We need a place to air out all of the grievances!

We need one to be in the actual Pro Sports subsection, too. Don't want to give people the wrong impression Cyclones fans are living in the past by having Brock threads sandwiched with the Cyclone football threads.
