Brighter headlights today

This is an interesting article, it suggests rather than looking at the headlights of the oncoming car we should keep our eyes to the white line on the right side of the road.

I remember learning that in driver's ed. I still do 20 years later. It helps a lot.

Off the off topic in an oppositish way, I've seen too many people driving around thinking their day/running lights are enough when the rest of the car is not lit up. It's really a problem during these foggy/darker early nights.

Or just no lights at all.

Maybe they're too busy looking at their phones to notice.

These are vehicles I purchased new from the dealer so I doubt they need adjusting. And as for "all the time" that may be a bit of a reach but maybe once or twice a night sometimes is not uncommon. It's not like every other car or so flashes me.
I worked at dealerships for over 20 years. I never saw headlights being adjusted on anything other than at customer request.
