Catch Des Moines came out with an app recently that seems pretty cool.

18 different breweries in the metro. Most of them have a BOGO deal. Check in at the breweries and get free stuff. Seems pretty sweet to me. Anybody used this yet?

I've drank a lot of beers from the local places but I haven't visited many of the breweries in person. This may be something that gets me out to them.

Seems similar to what Omaha does with their passport BOGO (used to be get first beer free) at each brewery. Great idea nonetheless.

I have used it and already hit up 6 of the breweries to become a Brew Moinesian. Once you check in to 6 different places you get a free t-shirt too! Check into all 18 you get some other stuff as well
