I've really enjoyed the Foos' resurrection the last few years. Some really good interviews out there with Grohl on his journey and he seems like a super good dude. Love it when folks actually put the boots on the ground and do this kind of stuff.
Love Nirvana, not a big FF guy, but Dave Grohl is awesome. Saw a tweet that said “When the aliens come tell them that Dave Grohl is in charge”.
Im the same. I can't stand FF music. I love Dave though. Always seemed like he does what I would do if I was a rockstarr. Just have fun and do cool stuff.
I love Foo Fighters and Nirvana and obviously love Dave. Why the hell can't he run for President?
I can’t remember where I heard it but I heard him tell a story once about when he was having heart issues and thought he might be having a heart attack or something. However, they were supposed to play at the White House. He essentially said, “well, the White House should have really good doctors if something happens. Let’s go”
Good people don't want to deal with politics.
If Dave Grohl were actually a ****, there's no way he could have kept under wraps after 30+ years in the public eye. Especially in the age of social media.
I just hope they come back to Iowa at some point when Dave actually has his voice.
Them and Pearl Jam are at the top of my "bands I love and have never seen" list that are somewhat intact with their key line ups.
Although I'd argue at this point there's no way the Foos are going to be the same without Hawkins.
