Compared to Baylor's, definitely.

I imagine that playing against Baylor's defense was a lot easier than practice. That helps account for his huge leap forward in that game.

He looked pretty good against ISU if you ask me. Especially considering he had been the starting QB for a total of 2 days. You must not have seen some of those amazing completions we had...

You could tell Boykin was much more comfortable in the BU game. He will continue to get better with experience.

I thought he looked very good against ISU. I rewatched that game Friday night and we were able to get a ton of pressure on him, but he handled it pretty well and scrambled for a couple of long first downs. You could tell he was going to be good, particularly when not up against one of the best defenses in the conference.
