Depending on how things get split up, their road to a championship could be much tougher than it was in the B12N.
And so did every other president in the Big 10. Nebraska asked to leave the Big 12. Some of you don't seem to understand that. They wanted out.

I don't know that Mason does. What I do know is that for whatever reason (take your pick) Nebraska wanted out of the Big 12.
When they became tax-exempt chartiable organizaitons. They are not supposed to be about money and greed.
Yeah I'm not sure on that one either. I think this whole conference realignment business has made it clear ethics is very far down on the totem pole.
No, it won't be. I don't see them in PSU or OSU's division and Michigan won't be either.
They wanted to leave because they were shortsighted and voted for unequal revenue sharing. Had the not done that maybe this would be different. When the conference was formed they were the big dog and though they could cash in. Then all of a sudden they weren't the big dog anymore and there was no way for them to retain that. Going to the Big Ten gives them more money even if they aren't the big dog.

I definitely respect your opinion, PGreen, I just feel like this is pretty much the way it's going to be now. There's no way to reverse it.
At this point, I'm just trying to figure out who I'm going to root for when Iowa and Nebraska play their first conference football game. I hate them both pretty equally.

To me, that West division is a little more difficult than the North was. So I suppose you were right there but I don't see the quality in the Championship yet. I would put Missouri level with either Iowa or Wisconsin though. SO in the end, I suppose you were right. Sorry.
