This is a dumb thread to contribute to but I will anyways. Race is really irrelevant in hoops its a sport where you play and succeed if you are good not bc of your color. If race mattered Kevin Love wouldn't be the best player at his position in the NBA.
Here is an explanation for why more BB players are black. Height is very important in BB you won't go anywhere if you are small. To be a pro/D1 player you need to be an amazing all around athelete and will be automatically be good at other sports. So we are talking about extremely athletic kids around 6ft or over who will be good at anything. I think your 6ft-6-6 amazing athlete white kid is more likely to play another sport than basketball (hockey, play qb in football, baseball) than a 6ft-6-6 black kid. (Anyone over 6-6 is automatically geared towards hoops of course so I am refering to kids with the body and talent to be a D1 guard or small forward.)

Look at the rivals top 100 players in the country. Its pretty easy to tell who's better. Hey, we still have larry bird.

Would a team of college-aged white players from Iowa would beat a team of college-aged black players from Iowa?
One team would have a strong backcourt with Paige, Bubu, and Barnes, and one team would have a awesome post game with McDermott, Knutson, and Woodbury.

It never occurred to me before than Euro white guys were superior athletically to American white guys.
What's interesting about it? Do you think they check the color of their skin before they recruit them?
