By suitable, do you mean the NCAA allows them to play? Yeah, Jamie didn't have to petition anyone to change the rules to allow them to play. This is the route he should have gone first, instead of looking like a weasel trying to schedule a team he knew ISU wasn't allowed to play.

1. We will play the game against UIW on Dec. 1 regardless of our bowl eligibility at that point. The only reason we would not play the game is if we are in the Big 12 Championship game or UIW is in the FCS football playoffs.
