isu needs a big guy down low. Brackins is good yes, but we need like a 6 10' 280 pound beast that really knows how to get rebounds. Then Craig could score and we would control the boards.

The problem is these guy aren't just growing on tree's. That is a man's body and it would take most Freshman two, three or four years in the weight room to get to be that big and be able to use that size to their advantage.

maybe thats Justin Hamilton

Yes, Iowa State could use a guy who is physical underneath the basket. I think the lack of an inside presence will really show once we start playing Big 12 opponents.

I'm hoping Hamilton will turn into this guy. He has the body and smarts, just needs to develop strength and learn how to get mean down low.

I think Mac just needs to stop playing that stupid 4 guard lineup where no one rebounds. Yea thats the one we went to the last 7 minutes against Drake. It is terrible. The worst part is the only big Brackins, rebounds when he wants to. Look at his ups and downs statistically rebounding.

This year I think the answer is Justin Hamilton. He just needs more floor time. He complements Brackins' game better than Thompson or Vanderbeeken, in my opinion.

Hamilton. He is a few years away from being a starter though.
