I know some have talked about the Big 12 having crappy bowl tie ins? Any mid-level bowls you would like to see the Big 12 pick up?

I think the Alamo is a great bowl and should definitely keep it. I miss having the Holiday as an option and I think the Music City Bowl would be a great pick up. Seems like everybody loves Nashville(never been)

Drop one of the Texas bowls (not Alamo) and pick up another bowl in California (should have never lost the Holiday bowl) or Florida. We don't need 4 bowls in Texas.

Ultimately its going to be about who writes the biggest checks.

And with so much of our conference in Texas, that means we're going to have most of our bowls centered about that area because the bowls that can fill their seats can write bigger checks.

It’d be awesome to get a bowl game in Denver at Mile High. Weather could be perceived as bad, but I live here and you never know if it is going to be 75 and sunny or snowy in December. But that’s not any different than say Memphis and better than NY or Boise. Plus there is a ton to do. Amazon is coming here, so let’s get it done. The amazon mile high stadium bowl. With Big 12- PAC 12 ties.

I think conferences should not be allowed to have bowl affiliates and let the bowls pick the best and most interesting teams on their own. The bowl system is so messed up on so many levels

How much does the Big 12 get doe placing a team in the championship series? Assuming more if they win the first game and play in the championship

Every p5 conference gets $50 mil for playoffs. A conference gets an additional $6 mil for every team in the playoffs. No additional $ for champ game. The other big 6 bowls pay $4 mil to the participating conferences.
