Big 12 Bowl news...

So our bowl line-up takes a minor hit. People will associate the old low tier bowl now to this pretty high tier bowl. Oh well, these sponsors are going to be changing even quicker now. They need to pick a bowl name and then add sponsors separately.
 
Big 12 bowls suck.

And now the B1G is adding the Las Vegas Bowl to their already awesome lineup. That will be a great bowl in the new Raiders stadium.
 
Have to wonder if Covid is still going strong if bowls will be played. That’s a lot of people from two different areas of the country coming to a single location.
 
For a second I thought it meant cheez it was replacing camping world. Isn't the current Cheez it in San Fran?
I don't believe the city of San Francisco has hosted a bowl game in several years, once the Redbox Bowl moved to Levi's Stadium.

Correct. The game (San Francisco Bowl, Emerald Bowl, Fight Hunger Bowl) was formerly played at Pac Bell/SBC/AT&T Park. It moved to Santa Clara in 2014 and was renamed Foster Farms Bowl, and then later Redbox Bowl.
