***Big 10 Thread***

How trolls, at what point do you count the big ten tourney wins? You have told us that Prohms tourney wins were over low seeded teams, therefore they don't mean anything. I see a 12 to start, so that's meaningless. When do you start saying it's a win?

For as terrible as this season for is for ISU, Iowa has ONE top 100 RPI win all season.

Iowa hasn't BEATEN a team inside the RPI top 100 since December.

ISU hasn't PLAYED a team outside the RPI top 100 since December.

If you want your balls polished because you're playing a mid major schedule and were able to pick up some wins against it in basketball that's fine, and the fact that there were some teams actually more terrible than Iowa in your conference that's fine. But let's not pretend finishing last in this conference is comparable to Iowa's conference season.

Let's look at Nebraska - finished 4th in the Big 10 this year. 1-5 vs the RPI top 50, 3-8 vs the top 100 against a 106 SOS. You know who has the same record vs the top 50 and top 100 with a better SOS? The craptastic UNI Panthers. Let's not pretend a team playing a worst schedule and performing the same against it than a Mo Valley team is a level playing field.

Football I'm not going to argue, beat us on our home field, that's a better team.

That actually sounds kind of nice. Thanks.

I agree with all of this. ISU has been the better basketball team this year, however that isn't something I would really brag about since both teams were terrible this year.

Football, Iowa was the slightly better team. Again nothing to brag about since both teams were very just above average last year with only going 8-5 and winning minor bowl games.

Getting closer to that point, but they're still fine as of now. Wouldn't recommend losing their first game in KC

I think they need one more win. If they don't get one more win they will be out and rightfully so. They are terrible right now.

Sorry, didn't know their last game was against ISU. I feel ISU can beat them again the way Oklahoma has been playing. If that happens, then OK will be out for sure.

RPI 37. 6-4 vs the top 50 RPI teams. That's more top 50 RPI wins than MSU, Michigan, and Nebraska combined. No, not even on the bubble.

Wow, I posted in the KSU/Weber thread that with a record of 17-12 and 7-10, they're looking bubble-ish, especially with another loss, or two.
