Probably the Big 10 in football. When you don't play anybody you get to beat up on bad teams. You're less likely to get bumped in the rankings.

Your post originally said top 10, but it was in the 2016-2017 football season.

The Big 10 had 4 teams in the top 8 and had an unbelievable showing during bowl season.
Mostly grass. Our 45MM included another Jumbotron and several million for green space and parking lot remodeling. It would be cheaper with what we started with, but adding a second tier on a good chunk isn't cheap. The 6000 seats were on top of the couple thousand seats already in the end zone, so they actually added 8000 seats at least for a little over a third of what iowa is doing to tear up 3000 to make 1500 premium.
This was an existing structure in the north end zone for those of us that sat in the north end zone at Kinnick before.
. Probably went over budget already on the remodel!! Kinda sad that lil' bro got the idea from us. 
Iowa vs Michigan tonight. Can't believe I'm saying this but my gut is actually saying Iowa wins this game.

Very tempting to take Iowa. Michigan’s style can make a team like Iowa feel comfortable.
