Why? Purdue is far better than Michigan State.
And when he happens to recruit a decent player outside that pool (Basabe, Cook), that player seems to digress the longer they are in the program.
Iowa fans were crowning themselves at the end of last season. Remember JorBo's tweet about the Final Four? Hawks like Jon Miller and Hassel fell for that hook line and sinker. The Hawks were back! The Clones were done!

Iowa is playing better this half. Purdue has only taken it from a 31 pt halftime lead to a 36 pt lead now. I figured it would be 40+ lead by now. Good job Hawks!
