Better Call Saul

They have 5 more episodes to cover a **** load of ground. I expected this run to move fast, and it's done that.

Anyone else think there's a major confrontation between Kim and Jimmy coming? Being as Jimmy essentially convinced her to throw herself to the wolves for his protection. Unless of course Kim taking Lalo's order was the safer option for her and Jimmy knew it.

I'm also really curious to see how much they show of Saul in Omaha and if it's just some short clips or perhaps an episode. They also need to work in Jesse and Walt somewhere as well. Should be a great few episodes.

I feel like they're setting up some kind of post Breaking Bad confrontation or meeting between Kim and Jimmy in Omaha.

If you all are into podcasts I recommend the Better Call Saul Insider podcast. It is a podcast with the people who make the actual show so they share a ton of insight.
It continues to blow me away that they write and edit the show as they go along. They don’t have a concrete story from the start of the series until the end.

I’m thinking Kim is sent into “protection” in Nebraska and Jimmy saves cash to eventually do the same. Just my 2 cents

If she were to get extracted like we've seen in Breaking Bad it seems unlikely that more than one person gets sent to the same area. Of course maybe it doesn't happen in the same fashion as what we've seen on BB.

Does Kim really need protection at this point? Lalo is dead. Is any else a danger to her? I can see her wanting to leave for other reasons, but I don't think she needs the dust filter for a Hoover Max Extract 60 Pressure Pro.

I don't think that happens. I can't imagine they had the foresight to know that that was the end of Kim before Robert Forster died 3 years ago.

Would Gus consider her a liability since she said she came to kill him?

Didn't he ask her why Lalo sent her and that's when he figured out Lalo was probably coming for him?

Yeah but it was over the phone and not face to face.

Plus right away when Mike's crew captured her she pointed to one of Mike's crew saying Lalo wanted her to kill that guy because that guy fit the description of what Lalo gave her. Lalo just gave her a description of Gus.

Oh yeah, you're right.

The Insider podcast for this episode shared this was the episode where Bob Odenkirk had the severe heart attack and nearly died. They took a several month break in the middle of filming this episode for him to recover not knowing if Bob would be able to come back and the series would end.

I thought that was Gus (it was pretty dark in that scene)
