When I saw him walking, I kinda cocked my head like, "Hey, I know this guy..." Then when the camera went to his face I was like...TREVOR!!!
EDIT: I shouldn't have said "tall"...I forgot about the massive guy.

My only "negative" is Jimmy's anger. He's just so hard to believe. When he was freaking out at Chuck, I almost didn't believe him. He's just not real believable as an angry or aggressive guy after watching Walt walk all over him.
Anyone else curious to find out what Jimmy used to do that his brother calls him slipping Jimmy?
I'm digging this show more than BB. Don't get me wrong, I couldn't stop watching BB once I started. Watched the whole thing in a month or so on Netflix. My wife started watching this show with me, she never did watch BB, and she's hooked bad. pardon the pun :wink:
I think this was addressed in the first or second episode by Jimmy, himself. He told the story of slipping Jimmy as a scam artist, slipping on ice in front of a business and threatening to sue until he got paid off
Um...that was like episode 2 or 3 bud. Fake injuries to get people to give him money instead of suing them.
It was mentioned in episode 1 or 2. Jimmy used to scam people back in Cicero when they were growing up. Similar to how the 2 skateboards tried to scam him.
Did you see this coming the whole episode though? I felt they missed a good opportunity to give you a bit of a surprise at the end of this episode. I knew right away, when Jimmy told Chuck he passed the bar and from Chuck's reaction that he was the one pulling the strings the whole time.
I suppose it doesn't really matter, but I feel it would have been more impactful if the audience found out at the same time Jimmy did that Chuck's been the one keeping him out the whole time.
BTW, doesn't change my attitude of Hamlin though either. Pretty scummy to do that kind of dirty work this whole time.
I suppose if I can read into it a little bit, it was his brother, you treat those close to you different than those who arent.

I knew that Chuck was ashamed of Jimmy but I didn't realize he prevented him from being hired on as a lawyer from the beginning until the end. I also thought Chuck was keeping the interests of HHM in mind when he called Hamlin.
It seems obvious now though.
I just can't believe what an incredible tool Chuck is. Jimmy put up with all his crazy BS. He supported him and stood up for him when he went into his electro-magnetic exile. And STILL he act like conceited ***** because he went to a "real" law school.
You should watch BB though. There are parallels and prequel hints toward BB in Better Call Saul.
Also, you appreciate Jimmy and his personality that much more if you seen his antics on BB. Terrific character.
I thought Jimmy actually did pass the bar and become a real lawyer on his own. Chuck was just mad because he felt Jimmy took shortcuts to become a lawyer while he has worked his but off his whole life to get where he was. He didn't think Jimmy deserved to be his peer and that's why he told Hamlin not to hire him.
Jimmy is legally a lawyer though, correct?
Oh yeah. He passed the bar but he got his law degree from a correspondence school.
It just ticks me off that Chuck wasn't proud of him for passing the bar. He was just proud when he got a job in the mail room and stopped scamming people.
