"The Keys" episode is what roped me in. I had never watched it until that episode first aired. It still probably is my favorite, from Kramer's auditions, to Jerry's appearance on the Tonight Show (where George talks to Corbin Bernson and "Norm"). My favorite part is where Kramer explains why he's going to stay in LA. Among other things...
Kramer: I met a girl.

Kramer has been apprehended in the Smog Strangler case.
Kramer: I didn't kill anyone, I swear!, I swear to god!.
Martel: Don't you ever swear to my god Kramer!, my God protects the innocent and punishes evil scum like you!, have you got that?!.
Kramer: You're making a big mistake.
Martel: No! you made a mistake Kramer!, Sickies like you always do, the only difference is this time You're gonna pay, now you might beat The Gas Chamber, but as long as Iv'e got a breath in my body, you will never ever see the light of day again!.
Kramer: Whoa,Whoa,Whoa,you got the wrong man it wasn't me!.
Martel: Oh yeah right, maybe it was one of your other personalities, the wise guy, the little kid, the bellhop, the ball player, maybe the door to door Vacum cleaner salesman, but not you, no you wouldn't hurt a fly, but you just couldn't help yourself could you Kramer!?, you saw like Brimming Brightley, with optimism, and verve, and you just had to snuff it out.
Kramer: Can I talk to somebody?, can I just explain, your not letting me explain!. Phone call comes in, & Martel lets Kramer go:
Martel: Go on, Kramer, get out of my site
Kramer: How did you know about the guy in the park?

The Statue (to me, this sealed the deal. I was hooked in big time after this one)
Also - The Chinese Restaurant - watch this then watch Curb.
