I still have flashbacks of those Texas flags running by me in section 18:no::no::no:
How did this board get inundated by so many Baylor fans? Not saying that they are not welcome, but for a team that we only play twice every four years in football and once a year in basketball, I think there are more Baylor fans on this site than husker or tiger fans.
I've blocked out all memory of that game. In fact, other than historical documents, I do not believe that game ever happened. Now I'm going to go and stick my head back in the sand...
Oh wait, that was the game where Blythe got "face raped", right? OK, other than that, I have no memory of it...
I went into the Texas game hoping we would just keep it relatively close so while i was disappointed, I wasn't shocked at the outcome.

For some reason, a certain collection of people at work made sure to "ask" about it at work that week. They must have had really short memories, because they kept asking and asking and asking, like they just never quite could remember how it went:wideeyed:

My guess is that, because we are a conference opponent that they think they can beat every year, it gives them more confidence to jump on a rival board.
Some of them might just be looking for good football talk since this is the best dang free forum I have ever been on for college sports.
Either way, I prefer Baylor fans 100 times over to pompous "Restore the Order" Husker fans.

While I think his Baylor predictions might be as overzealous as the ones I'm hearing for the clones this year, I think Baylor beats us at home. Our defensive line has no talent and PR may turn out to be a great coach but he can't polish a turd into crome. They'll move the ball at will like every other team with a respectable offense.
We should have a pretty solid offense once the scheme becomes secondhand, which most likely will take at least a few games if not the whole year.
We win 5 next year, Baylor maybe 6.

Im a pretty sports savy guy and have followed the clones/B12 for a long time.
with that said, until this past fall, i had no idea baylors mascot was a bear. :huh:
