Barnes to Hawaii

HOLY COW!!!! THE WORLD WILL END!!!! HE'S NOT COMING TO IOWA STATE!!!

LETS FIRE THE JANITOR!!!

Sorry I thought I would get the all of the future posts out of the way.

as a side note, it is depressing as hell (but starting to get funny) that we are getting smoked for recruits by mid-majors. seriously

We didn't want Barnes anyway... :jimlad:

How sad is this - we lose one recruit to lowly TCU, now we lose another recruit to lowly Hawaii. Anyone know if we've hit rock bottom yet?

Don't forget the one we 'backed off of' that went to Utah......

We appear to be spending a lot of bball dept dollars on misses in recruiting.

We can right this ship/shop in three more years. Just batten dowen the hatches for now.:jimlad:

All kidding aside, you may as well assume we have a simulated coach swapout already (it is just that is is the new same coach with a different style of play).

This is just the new version of a HC as it looks like musical chairs on the staff will mean changes and hope.

The oldest staff person retaining his same job appears to be BP as Otz is actively soliciting another job and Rutter moved to a much different position.

Pretend the cupboard is not full and that next season is Season One, just like four years ago. The other coaches have put the word out appaarently when we cannot recruit against TCU, Utah, Hawaii, or Hick State.

Yeah, because we all couldn't get enough of Lucca's style of play while he was here, I guess a less athletic/talented player might fit in better and have more success. :skeptical:
