Babb violated team policy for something innocuous (a situation when a coach could let slide) but FH won't waver from any punishment out of principle, as long as suspension is appropriate for the violation, equally applied to all team members and rules had been clearly established.

"Innocuous" policy violations do not lead to 3-game suspensions. No evidence in this case, but, historically, 2nd failed drug tests DO.
